CSICodes.us is a free reference tool for looking up CSI MasterFormat® construction specification codes. We collect as little data as possible — this page explains exactly what that means.

What we collect

No accounts. No registration. No personal information. You can use every part of this site without telling us who you are.

Like nearly all web servers, our server keeps standard access logs. These include the IP address of each request, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. We use these logs only to operate and secure the site (for example, detecting abuse and controlling access to non-public areas). Logs are not used for advertising or profiling, and are periodically discarded.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set cookies. The lookup tool stores a single preference (your light/dark theme choice) in your browser's local storage. That value never leaves your device.

Third-party services

Cloudflare — the site is served through Cloudflare's content delivery network, which processes your IP address to route traffic and protect against attacks. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Google Fonts — page fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address when the fonts are fetched. See the Google privacy policy.

We use no analytics services, no advertising networks, and no tracking pixels. We do not sell, rent, or share any data with anyone.

Children's privacy

This site is a professional reference tool and does not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
